The pools were beautiful and well-maintained. Close to the sea.
We had to fight for the room we reserved - a deluxe pool suite with direct balcony access to the pool. Upon arrival, they 'upgraded" us to a room without pool access - the one feature we were willing to pay extra for. After several discussions with management, they finally gave us the room we reserved and paid for. Additionally, the hotel was having an American Express promotion of 15% for meals paid for using amex. They refused to give us this discount, however.

The room is so comfortable and spacious, and it close to the beach which a bit away from the public. I really like the beach chair in front of the beach provided by the hotel which is very private and the atmosphere is very nice.
Firstly, the quality of the hot water is very poor. Its colour is brown no matter how long we drained it. After we drained the water, we found the stain on the bathtub. The hotel service came and fixed it many times, and finally its colour turned to be light brown. Additionally, the hotel has two separate zones which is a bit far between each other, and the high security made the travelling between these 2 zones very complicated, especially when we stay in the different zones.

I recently stayed at the Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa on a leisure trip for a few days. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The interior and exterior of the hotel were stunning with beautiful decorations and a spacious lobby. The rooms themselves were large and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The food at the hotel was also delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. The highlight was definitely the fourth-floor pool, which boasted a breathtaking view. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely beach right in front, perfect for enjoying a day by the sea.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Good facilities, good room, by and large friendly staff (see comments below, though), good breakfast.
Very stressed and unfriendly book-in service. The location of the hotel means that no services outside hotel is available without using a Tuk-tuk.

The spacious rooms and the friendly staff were the best aspects of our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of having a happy hour for drinks and the pool bar was a great addition. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel and the gym was well-maintained.
The location was not ideal, as it was difficult to reach the main road and there were no lifts between the pools. the staff's English language proficiency was poor and the internet did not work in our room.

The resort had a breathtaking view from the pool on the 4th floor, and the stunning beauty of the building left me in awe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in Thai style, which was mind-blowing. The three swimming pools were fantastic, and I loved spending time relaxing in them. The four restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and the staff's hospitality and customer service were super friendly and accommodating. The indoor parking area was a bonus, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience. it was a jaw-dropping and amazing experience, perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Their staff has a strong and high level of morality. We forgot a valuable piece of jewelery after checking out and received a phone call saying that the maid had returned it to the front desk.
Passage way from 3rd floor pool to 1st Floor pool is quite strange...

I keep coming back to this place as it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find attractions on my first stay. It suits me perfectly, with an outdoor pool, kids club, fitness center, and a beach with sun loungers. Can't wait for Christmas!
